Account Concierge (Smooth Operator) Guide

The Account Concierge is your personal AI assistant for managing your entire Oppy account. It’s the blue floating icon in the bottom-right corner of every page in your dashboard.

What Can It Do?

The Account Concierge has access to every tool and feature in your Oppy dashboard. Think of it as a supercharged admin assistant that never sleeps. Here’s what it can help with:

Create & Manage Oppies

  • “Create a new Oppy called Jasper for qualifying mortgage leads”
  • “Update Jasper’s prompt to stop promising to create postcards for people”
  • “Show me all my Oppies and their current status”
  • “Change Jasper’s voice to a male voice”
  • “Archive the old test Oppy I created last week”
  • “Show me Jasper’s prompt history — what changed in the last update?”
  • “Restore Jasper’s prompt to the version from 3 days ago”

Update Prompts Intelligently

This is one of the most powerful features. Instead of manually editing prompts, you can:

  • Paste a conversation link and say “I didn’t like how it responded here. Can you fix it?”
  • Describe behavior changes in plain language: “Make sure Alexander never promises pricing breakdowns”
  • Ask it to research and build prompts: “Go learn about Example Mortgage Academy.com and create a lead qualification prompt”
  • Have it simulate conversations to test changes before going live

Example scenario: A team noticed their Oppy was promising to deliver postcards and pricing breakdowns it couldn’t actually provide. They told the concierge: “Don’t promise to deliver any items or create any items for an agent. Always refer back to things they can do within their platform.” The concierge updated the prompt immediately.

Search & Analyze Conversations

  • “Show me all conversations from the last 7 days”
  • “Find conversations where someone asked about pricing”
  • “How many qualified leads did we get this week?”
  • “Pull up the conversation with a website visitor”
  • “What’s the average response time across all our Oppies?”

Manage Contacts

  • “Find all contacts tagged needs_attention”
  • “Update John Smith’s phone number”
  • “Show me contacts who haven’t responded in 30 days”
  • “Create a new contact for the lead I just met”

Work with Knowledge Bases

  • “Add our benefits page to the knowledge base”
  • “What does the knowledge base know about our pricing?”
  • “Create a new knowledge base from our help documentation”

Calendar & Scheduling

  • “What meetings do I have today?”
  • “Show me who I’ve met with most this month”
  • “Find people I met with once but haven’t met again”
  • “Compare my calendar this month to the same month last year”

Notes & Documentation

  • “Create a note about today’s team meeting”
  • “Find all notes tagged ‘action_item’”
  • “Update the FAQ note with this new information”

Boards & Task Management

  • “Show me the bugs board”
  • “Add a new item to the Change Log board”
  • “Move this task to the ‘Done’ column”

Email Signatures

  • “Clean up Jasper’s email signature and use the dark mode template”
  • “Generate a professional email signature for my new Oppy”

Analytics & Reporting

  • “Give me a summary of all activity in the last 14 days”
  • “How many conversations has your Oppy had?”
  • “What’s the breakdown of SMS vs phone vs web chat?”
  • “Show me failed calls from this week”

How to Use It

Opening the Concierge

  • Click the blue floating icon in the bottom-right corner
  • Drag it anywhere on screen if it’s in your way
  • On mobile, it opens as a bottom drawer

Having a Conversation

Just type naturally. The concierge understands context, so you can say things like:

  • “With Jasper…” — it knows you’re talking about that specific Oppy
  • “In that conversation…” — it can reference what you were just looking at
  • “For Example Mortgage Academy channel…” — it scopes its actions to that Oppy

Specifying Which Oppy

When you want to make changes to a specific Oppy, mention it by name:

  • “For Jasper, when do you need to know about a lead?”
  • “Update Alexander’s prompt to handle pricing questions differently”
  • “Tell our website Oppy to never mention competitor products”

Multi-Step Tasks

The concierge can handle complex, multi-step requests:

  1. “Research our website, create a new ISA Oppy, and set it up to qualify real estate leads in Denver”
  2. It will crawl your site, generate a prompt, create the Oppy, and configure it
  3. You can then refine: “Also add our Calendly link for booking demos”

Context Awareness

The concierge knows what page you’re on. If you’re viewing a specific conversation or Oppy, it can act on that context without you having to specify.

Representative Use Cases

Creating an Oppy from a Sales Call

Scenario: You’re onboarding a new client (like Example Mortgage Academy) and need to spin up their Oppy live. Example flow: During setup, Alex told the concierge what the team’s goals were — qualifying loan officers, two audience segments (individual LOs and team leads), booking demos — and the concierge:

  1. Crawled yourcompany.com
  2. Generated a complete prompt with qualification questions, booking rules, and audience segmentation
  3. Created the Oppy with email and phone
  4. The customer could call the phone number and test it within minutes

The entire process took about 5 minutes of conversation with the concierge.

Live Prompt Debugging (Example Homes Group/your ISA Oppy)

Scenario: The Oppy was asking for a property address even though it already had one in the contact record. What to do: Tell the concierge: “Update your ISA Oppy’s prompt: before asking the contact for their address, check the contact’s metadata to see if we already have it. If we do, confirm it instead of asking again.”

The concierge updated the prompt to: “Use contact user metadata to confirm any address you might already have. If their address is on file, ask them to confirm it’s still correct. Only ask for a new address if you don’t have one.”

Pulling Calendar Analytics

Scenario: You want to know who you’ve been meeting with and spot opportunities. What it can do:

  • “Show me people I met with one time but haven’t met since” → surfaces dormant relationships
  • “Compare my calendar this month to the same month last year” → shows if you’re busier or slower
  • “Give me a breakdown of who I’ve met with most” → identifies your most active relationships
  • “Send me a personalized podcast-style summary every couple hours” → Bloomberg-style updates about your calendar and conversations

Building a Brand Kit (Example Realty Demo)

Scenario: A real estate brokerage wanted to give agents a way to create their own brand identity. What was built: A web page with a form where agents enter their info. When submitted, it sends a message to the Oppy which then:

  1. Goes to the agent’s website and extracts branding info
  2. Generates logo options and color palettes
  3. Creates a complete brand kit with fonts, colors, and messaging
  4. Displays it back on the page in real-time

This was set up in about 5 minutes using the embed widget and contextual buttons.

Updating Prompts Based on Bad Conversations

Scenario: Your Oppy promised something it can’t deliver. What to do: Open the concierge and say: “I just saw a conversation where Alexander promised to send pricing breakdowns by email. He can’t do that. Update the prompt so he never promises to deliver or create any items. Instead, he should refer people to our platform or loop me in.”

The concierge will:

  1. Understand the issue
  2. Update the Oppy’s prompt
  3. Show you what it changed
  4. Optionally simulate a conversation to prove it works

Setting Up Lead Notifications

Scenario: You want to be notified when a lead is qualified. What to do: “For Jasper, if he finds a qualified lead, email me at scott@yourcompany.com and Nancy at nancy@yourcompany.com”

The concierge will update the Oppy’s manager list and prompt to handle lead escalation.

Adding Webinar/Event Context

Scenario: You’re hosting a webinar and want the Oppy to handle attendees. What to do: “Add a section to Jasper’s prompt: if anyone seems to come from a webinar asking about the sales scripts or promotions, share this link [URL] for them to get access. Also identify who they are and qualify them for a demo.”

Sending Personalized Podcasts/Updates

Scenario: You want periodic updates about your business activity. What to do: “Send me a personalized summary every few hours about my calendar, any new conversations, and updates to our notes.”

Tips for Getting the Most Out of It

  1. Be specific — Instead of “make it better,” say “make it ask about budget before timeline”
  2. Reference real conversations — Paste links or describe scenarios you’ve observed
  3. Ask it to show its work — Say “show me what you changed in the prompt”
  4. Use it for research — “Go to our competitor’s website and tell me how their pricing compares”
  5. Don’t be afraid of lazy requests — Even vague instructions like “be more value-driven and get them to the right page” work surprisingly well
  6. It can operate tools in parallel — Complex requests spawn multiple sub-tasks that run simultaneously

Smooth Operator Tips (The Floating Tooltip)

When the concierge is minimized, it periodically shows helpful tips as a scrolling tooltip on the floating button. These rotate every 30 seconds and are visible for 5 seconds each. They’re contextual suggestions based on what features you haven’t tried yet.

What It Cannot Do

The Account Concierge vs. Your Oppies

Copy-Paste Concierge Commands

These are real commands you can paste directly into the Account Concierge at app.oppy.pro. Customize the bracketed parts.

Daily Operations

Give me a summary of all conversations from the last 24 hours
across all my Oppies. How many new contacts, how many qualified,
and anything that needs my attention?
Check my calendar for today. For any meetings with people I
haven't met before, look them up online and add a brief to
the calendar event notes.
Generate a personalized podcast briefing covering my calendar,
new conversations, and any updates since my last briefing.
Send it to me via SMS.

Prompt Management

Pull up [Oppy name]'s prompt. I want to add a rule: when someone
asks about [topic], share this link [URL] instead of trying to
explain it.
Look at [Oppy name]'s last 10 conversations. Find any patterns
where the response could be improved and suggest specific prompt
changes.
Create a new Oppy called [name] for [company]. Go to [website URL],
learn about their business, and create a comprehensive lead
qualification prompt. Set up email and prepare for phone.

Contact & Lead Management

Find all contacts tagged needs_attention. For each one, tell me:
who they are, which Oppy flagged them, and a one-line summary
of why they need attention.
Look up [contact name]. Show me their full conversation history,
notes, and any tags. What's the status of their last interaction?

Reporting

For [Oppy name], give me a performance report for the last 30 days:
total conversations, response rate, qualification rate, DNC rate,
and average conversation length.
Compare my calendar activity this month to the same month last year.
Am I busier or slower? Who have I been meeting with most?

Knowledge & Content

Add this URL to [Oppy name]'s knowledge base: [URL].
After crawling, search for [topic] to verify it was captured correctly.
Clean up [Oppy name]'s email signature and use the dark mode template.
Make sure it includes their headshot and title.

Board Management

Create a new board called "[Board Name]" with columns:
[Column 1], [Column 2], [Column 3], [Column 4].
Add [item name] to the first column.
