Weekly Overview: What Oppy Shipped This Week

This week at Oppy, we kept doing what matters most: making the AI workforce platform for real estate brokerages faster, safer, easier to operate, and more useful in real work.

We shipped improvements across reliability, calendar operations, boards, analytics, docs, conversations, and security. We also kept sharpening the operator experience so teams can automate more busywork and stay focused on the deal.

Highlights from the week

Stronger reliability in the core platform

We shipped a series of backend fixes that make Oppy more dependable day to day:

  • automation rules now run as the admin entity on Account Concierge
  • completed tasks no longer get stuck in memory
  • parallel tool call race conditions in GPT-5.x responses were fixed
  • stuck conversations now recover better when a tool batch expires
  • inbound trunk auth misconfiguration prevention and SIP diagnostics were improved
  • OpenAI retries were bounded and redundant inline subject generation was removed

The outcome is straightforward: fewer edge-case failures, cleaner execution, and a more stable foundation for AI workers running across email, SMS, voice, and admin workflows.

Better product surfaces for operators

We also shipped meaningful UI and workflow improvements:

  • boards now support starred boards plus canvas view
  • docs got favorites, tags, sort improvements, and search performance gains
  • the Account Concierge refresh flow now reloads messages more reliably, and resource chips are safer on mobile
  • the contacts search input no longer loses focus on every keystroke
  • the conversations page gained a meetings filter chip
  • the admin dashboard now has a clearer Tool Function Usage chart and a fuller reliability table

These are the kinds of changes that make the platform feel lighter, faster, and more operationally sharp every day.

Calendar and scheduling got tighter

Calendar work remains central to real estate operations, so we improved it too:

  • Google Calendar token sync to comms-api
  • Google Calendar client auto-healing and token rotation

That means more resilient scheduling infrastructure and fewer avoidable calendar-related issues across connected assistants.

Safer, cleaner product behavior

We also tightened product safety and system quality:

  • API errors no longer leak stack traces or internal error details
  • public chat reset 404 issues were fixed
  • profile update 404 handling and brand data passing to channels were fixed
  • knowledge base polling now fetches the correct single index and avoids settings overwrite bugs
  • shared media gallery improvements landed alongside a fix for tool call content leakage

That work matters because trust in automation depends on stability, privacy, and predictable behavior.

Why this matters

Oppy is built to help brokerages automate the busywork without losing control of the customer experience. Every one of these updates pushes toward that goal:

  • more reliable AI execution
  • cleaner admin operations
  • better visibility into what the platform is doing
  • smoother workflows for real estate teams

What we’re excited to tell people about

We’re excited about how fast Oppy is turning into a true AI workforce platform for real estate:

  • 24/7 lead qualification
  • appointment scheduling
  • CRM sync
  • SMS, email, and voice workflows
  • operator tooling that helps teams move faster with less manual work

This is exactly the direction we believe the category is headed: less busywork, more focus on the deal.
